Rules & Regulations/Payment Policy

Cottage and Property Care

  • Please leave the cabin/cottage clean.
  • Use park space as designated.
  • All persons must register upon arrival including day/night guests.  Unregistered person will be asked to leave immediately.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Bonfires are permitted starting 6 p.m. and the fire shall be kept small and low, and not to be left unattended at any time
  • All fires (bonfire, BBQ) must be extinguished by 10 p.m.
  • No excessive noise and quiet time is 10 p.m.
  • All garbage will be picked up by 8 p.m.  No food or garbage will be placed outside the cottage after that time.
  • Do not litter.
  • Do not pick plants or flowers.
  • Damage to property will result in extra charges.  Please report any occurence.
  • If any animals are on site, please DO NOT feed them.
  • Fireworks are forbidden.

Any serious violations of these rules can result in an immediate expulsion without the right for a refund.

The Management

 

Departure/Arrival

  • Check-in  at 3 p.m. or at any other time by arrangement
  • Check-out  by 11 a.m.
  • A fee of $50.00 for cottages will be applied and $20.00 for cabins for late check-outs.
  • A reservation is a firm contract, no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.

Reservation/Deposit & Payment Policy

  • Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit (50% per week for weekly bookings or  50% for day bookings) within one week.
  • Deposit can be paid by cash, personal cheque, bank draft, money order, certified cheque or paypal
  • The balance is payable upon arrival by Cash, bank draft or money order.
  • During July and August cottages are rented on a weekly basis only Saturday to Saturday
  • Deposits are refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation by email subject to $25.00 administration fee.
  • Cancellation of booking 2 weeks or less before arrival will result in loss of deposit.
  • Change of booking dates can be made with a notice of 30 days provided that the cottage can be re-booked. If so, the deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
  • No shows will result in forfeiture of deposit and full balance of the booking will be charged to credit card.
  • Minimum nights of stay apply to weekends and long weekends.
  • Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
